Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. They govern the relationship between you and Art and Design SRL.
Art and Design SRL provides consulting, design, and implementation services in the fields of visual arts and interior, product, and graphic design. The services are described in detail in the individual offer accepted by both parties.
The Client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the completion of the project. Art and Design SRL undertakes to perform the services with professionalism and according to the agreed specifications. Intellectual property rights to the final projects are transferred to the client after full payment of the invoice.
Payment terms are established in the offer. Fees are applied according to the current Romanian legislation. Delays in payment may incur penalties according to the contract and may suspend the provision of services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services paid for the respective project. We are not responsible for indirect damages or consequences arising from the final use of the project or from factors beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the collaboration in writing, with 30 days prior notice. In case of termination by the client, services rendered up to the date of notification will be paid. Art and Design SRL reserves the right to cease providing services in case of non-compliance with payment terms.
